In the app it is Settings › System › Account › Delete account. If a Plus or Max plan still renews, cancel it first — in Google Play for a plan bought in the app, or on this page for one bought on jukeden.com.
Deleting removes from JukeDen's servers your account (email, name, Google account ID), your sign-in sessions, your usage counters, and the links between your account and your devices and purchases. We keep the purchase records themselves — store, plan, dates and the store's order reference, no longer linked to you — for refunds and accounting. A device's own record (its free hour and plan) stays, without your account. Anti-abuse counters are deleted after 90 days, and our server logs after 7 days. You can't delete your account while a plan still renews — cancel it first. If you cancelled a plan that is paid until a later date: a plan bought on jukeden.com ends when you delete your account; a plan bought in Google Play keeps working on devices signed in to that Google account until its paid date, then ends. Music, likes and settings on your devices stay until you clear JukeDen's storage or uninstall it.
